About Us Who We Are American Express Incentive Services (AEIS) offers business-to-business reward solutions for corporate incentive and consumer promotions programs. Our clients use our wide selection of prepaid cards as well as our American Express® Gift Cheques and American Express® Travelers Cheques for programs such as employee recognition, sales incentives, dealer/distributor incentives, consumer promotions and rebates.
We were founded in 1997 as a joint venture between American Express and Maritz Inc., with each parent offering unique strengths. American Express provides a superior product technology platform and brand recognition in the financial products industry, while Maritz lends longstanding expertise in incentive solutions.
We have grown to be a leader in prepaid reward cards and a pioneer in theme and focused-use card products. We now do business with thousands of clients representing 76% of fortune 100 companies.
