Returns and Refunds
In the event of an extraordinary circumstance and a return or refund of Cheques is requested, please contact your sales representative or American Express at
American Express reserves the right to verify compliance with the purchase agreement. Each case is reviewed on individual circumstance. All decisions made by American Express are final.
*Proof of Travelers Cheque may be required. Please refer to the purchaser's record for a complete listing of terms and conditions.

All sales for American Express® Travelers Cheques are considered final. Please note if you have a surplus of Cheques, American Express suggests the Cheques to be deposited into an appropriate bank account. Since the Cheques are considered "cash", this process is faster and easier to implement than returning Cheques and issuing credit.
