ST. LOUIS, May 22, 2008 – American Express Incentive Services (AEIS), an incentive industry leader, has named Russell Yergensen as chief financial officer. Yergensen brings over 20 years of financial experience to the position, 15 of which were spent in the prepaid business with AEIS parent company American Express.
